Meat native fish and beautiful vegetables are given equal attention prepared on an open grill to create delicate smoky flavours. You can watch the flames soar in the open-front kitchen. Gridiron by COMO was devised in unique collaboration with renowned British chef Richard H. Turner an expert in open-flame cooking and ethical sourcing.

Nobu is an essential experience for any serious food lover. The distinctive award-winning Japanese-Peruvian cuisine derives from the freshest of ingredients with specialities such as black cod with miso sashimi salad with Matsuhisa soy sauce dressing Hamachi sashimi with jalapenos and squid pasta with light garlic sauce.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily.For breakfast; hotel guests make use of The White Room; a bright; airy space for a quiet; healthy breakfast; also popular for private dining. The 24-hour room;service menu includes Nobu specialities as well as late night comfort options; like burgers and club sandwiches.

Please note hotel check-in time is 3pm and check-out time 12 noon.Two Bedroom apartments check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
